Laura works closely with the people she shoots for, whether that's a food brand finding its visual identity, a fashion label refreshing its look, or a business that needs imagery that truly represents them. HEIMING ABEN
A three-day production nestled at a stunning location, crafted to capture the essence of the upcoming eyewear seasons. Together with the team at Heiming Aben, we took the time to find the light, the mood and the moments that truly let the pieces speak for themselves. The result is a collection of images that feel as considered and personal as the eyewear itself.

KRUISHEREN HOTEL
Kruisheren Hotel, part of the prestigious Oostwegel Collection, was ready for a bold new visual identity. They were looking for a photographer who could develop a fresh image languag, one where creativity, accessibility, and a high-fashion edge come together naturally. The brief called for a 180-degree shift from their existing visual communication, moving toward content that speaks directly to the curious, free-spirited guest that Kruisheren attracts.
The assignment was clear: no clichés. Edgy, narrative-driven imagery that showcases both the character of the hotel and the city of Maastricht. Proving that Kruisheren is a hotel for everyone. A place where design, curiosity, boldness, creativity, and quality take center stage. The visual identity had to come alive across four key themes: Food & Beverage, Art, Stay and City, with a final delivery of 35 images for both print and online use.
Before a single frame was shot, the renewed brand book was studied in depth to fully understand what Kruisheren stands for. From there, a concept was developed and presented: a flashy visual style where contrast, power, color, and joy collide. The client handed over full creative control — all communication ran through one point of contact, keeping the process streamlined and efficient.
Extensive pre-production was key to the success of the shoot. Building the right team was essential — models were selected not only for their look, but for their presence and confidence in front of the camera. The makeup artist and stylist were chosen specifically for their ability to work with bold color and strong aesthetics. Moodboards, shot lists, storylines, and a detailed call sheet were prepared in advance to ensure every scene could be captured within a single shoot day.
The same flashy energy was carried through into the photography for Spencer's, the renewed restaurant within Kruisheren Hotel, translated into a rawer, more playful food photography style that stays true to the overall vision.

FASHIONCHEQUE
Commissioned by creative agency JBrand!, the assignment was to shoot the new lifestyle campaign imagery for Fashioncheque, one of the Netherlands' most well-known fashion gift card brands. The goal was clear: showcase the gift cards in a way that felt alive, vibrant, and full of personality, while capturing the excitement and freedom that comes with a Fashioncheque in hand.
The shoot took place at a carefully selected location that provided the perfect backdrop , visually strong enough to complement the bold, colorful aesthetic, yet open enough to let the lifestyle story breathe. All came together to build a world around the product, making the gift card feel like the start of something special rather than just a transaction.
The final images were used across a wide range of touchpoints from advertising and the Fashioncheque website to television, ensuring a consistent and energetic visual identity across every platform.

MORE NATURAL
More Natural is a Dutch honest beauty brand dedicated to natural and vegan skincare. Built around the belief that what's good for your skin should also be good for the planet. For this production, created in close collaboration with Koppel.Studio, a full visual identity was developed to bring the brand to life across all touchpoints.
The production covered four distinct shoot formats: pure product photography, lifestyle product imagery, product on location and model beauty photography. Together, these layers tell the full story of the brand from the quiet beauty of the bottles themselves to the feeling of using them as part of a daily ritual. Each image was crafted to reflect More Natural's core values: purity, accessibility, and a grounded sense of care.
The final imagery was delivered for use across the website, print, and social media,giving the brand a consistent and cohesive visual language that resonates across every platform.

Berden is a family business with a warmth that you feel the moment you step on set. Season after season, new collection imagery is created for both their print magazine and website. An ongoing collaboration that has built a strong visual rhythm over time.
Each production brings together a diverse cast of models: kids, teens, young adults and adults, shot both in studio and on location. That range is what makes the work so dynamic; every age group brings its own energy to the set, and capturing that authentically is what makes the Berden imagery feel real and inviting. The combination of controlled studio work and the spontaneity of location shooting keeps the visuals fresh and versatile, ready to perform across print and digital alike.

De Klant Betekenaars is a sales training company with a fresh, newly developed brand identity, brought to life by brand visionary Mauthentique. As the creative force behind the rebranding, Mauthentique made sure that the visual imagery would seamlessly align with the new direction, and brought in the right photographer to make that happen.
The assignment: corporate portraits that feel anything but corporate. De Klant Betekenaars works with real people, and the images had to reflect that: warm, confident, and full of personality. Directing people who are not often in front of the camera is a craft in itself, and that is precisely where this collaboration found its strength. Every person was guided with care and confidence, resulting in portraits that feel natural, vibrant, and true to who they are.
The colorful, professional approach ensured that the final images not only matched the new branding, they elevated it.
